Hello!
I’m Joe - a UX researcher, designer, and visual artist. I recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Industrial Design with a certificate in Critical Visions. My research has informed the development of products for a wide range of clients, be it medical devices, automobiles, home appliances, or financial services. I’m obsessed with the fuzzy front end of design - understanding users, their behavior, and their contexts to create more holistic services and objects.
Beyond my work, you can find me on a trail in the woods (in hiking boots or skis, depending on the time of year), in a gallery gazing at some paintings, or rifling through the racks of a thrift store.
